Ferret Tailor

In the town surrounding the defunded base that Tundra and Nathan stay at is a medium sized tailor.  It is run by a blackfooted ferret.  The ferret is short at about 4 feet tall with an endowment that reaches down to just below his knees.  Due to his endowment, said ferret is adept at making clothing for hypers.  The ferret also has a good sense of humor and could easily be a comedian but would rather sew.
